Lighthouse Point on the Minong Flowage

I think my grandson summed it up best when I asked everyone to tell me their two favorite things. ..."doing everything and doing nothing".

Lighthouse Point was truly amazing! We have been vacationing in the Northwoods of Wisconsin for the last 22 years. Lighthouse Point was everything we have been looking for. The accommodations were perfect for our family that has older and younger kids. The flowage is beautiful, and Sand Island was our favorite place. We will be back!

Lighthouse Point was the perfect place for our group! Well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed the winter-y views, watching deer on the frozen lake, puzzling in the cozy man cabin, and the garage game room. For a group of 11 people it never got crowded or felt that we were on top of one another. A nice roomy kitchen was very appreciated by all!

We love lighthouse point. It is the perfect spot for our family of three grown children, their spouses and our grandbabies to make lifelong memories! Thank you for opening your home to us. We will be back!

This property is beautiful and has everything you need! The kitchen is huge and is better stocked than my own kitchen, and has plenty of room for multiple cooks. The “kids”(22, 25, 26) enjoyed the privacy of staying in the bunkhouses, utilizing the sauna, and then jumping in the outdoor shower. The new game room area was just getting cleaned up when we arrived. Very cool spot and would’ve been fun to open up the overhead door and extend the festivities outside had it been warmer weather for us. We found that fishing off the dock on our last day was much more plentiful than trolling around the flowage, but renting a pontoon was still a nice perk to have for morning and early evening cruises. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed the campfire area, utilized both the Weber grill and outdoor griddle, and our pup was so happy to be able to vacation with us! And Jaci, the property manager, was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this lovely property!
